Aurelia Trisliana Perdanasari believes that the hardest experience to gain from a medical education is not academic records or pure knowledge skill only but also how to build a good relationship and trust between a physician and a patient. she has learned to place a greater importance on solid communication and the cultivation of relationship with her patients, peers, professors and mentors.
Aurelia Trisliana also hope to have a profound priviledge to contribute to the diversity in each training program that she has learned and will learn. For her, to understand patient history background and also their etnicity plays a big role on how to decide the best treatment for each individuals. Aurelia Trisliana believes that attention to details and precision is very important, specially in her area of expertise , it is requires to have a full knowledge on how to manage and understand patients with their expectations. At some point in her career she look forward to using her ability in 6 languages skills to her professional ends.
During her traning, Aurelia Trisliana was given endless opportunities by her professors and attendings to learned and performed more surgeicl procedures. They told her that she has a promising skills that are above average for her peers. Knowing her capacity to make a diffrence, Aurelia Trisliana feels an obligation to make the most of her skills.
While observing and learnng the work of a great physicians during her training, Aurelia Trisliana saw how crucial it was for them to remain calm, and avoid panic during crisis that requires physicians to be able to take a control of a situation in moments of chaos. Thus, she knows that her background as a solid team player and leadership ability, her hunger to keep on learning newest innovations treatments and her ability to view weakness as a challenge instead of limitations and use critisim to imporve herself, will serve her well during her future career.

This quotation has always been on Aurelia Trisliana Perdanasari's mind since the day before she started medical school. Throughout her educational journey both MBBS and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency Program, she tried to not only remember this phrase but also practice with it in mind.
